Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM: RLE), the Birmingham based property group and UK listed Real Estate Investment Trust, announces that it has been notified that today, Paul Bassi, Chief Executive of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 58.5p per share. Following this transaction Mr Bassi holds 10,020,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.37 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital. Also today, Marcus Daly, Finance Director of the Company, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 58.5p per share. Following this transaction Mr Daly holds 1,540,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.83 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.

About Real Estate Investors Plc
