Directors’ Dealings

 

Real Estate Investors plc (AIM: RLE), the Birmingham based property group and UK listed Real Estate Investment Trust, announces that it was notified yesterday that on that day, Paul Bassi, Chief Executive of the Company, bought 341,667 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 62p per share. Following this transaction (and the purchase of 375,000 Ordinary Shares announced on 22 December 2015) Mr Bassi holds 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.36 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.

 

Also yesterday, Marcus Daly, Finance Director of the Company, bought 156,667 Ordinary Shares at a price of 62p per share. Following this transaction (and the purchase of 375,000 Ordinary Shares announced on 22 December 2015) Mr Daly holds 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.80 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.
