Directors’ Dealings


Real Estate Investors plc (AIM: RLE), the Birmingham based property group and UK listed Real Estate Investment Trust, announces that today, Paul Bassi, Chief Executive of the Company, bought 375,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 66p per share.  Following this transaction Mr Bassi holds 9,658,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.18 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.


Also today, Marcus Daly, Finance Director of the Company, bought 375,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 66p per share.  Following this transaction Mr Daly holds 1,343,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.72 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.
