DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Real Estate Investors plc (AIM:RLE), the West Midlands based property group, announces that Peter Lewin, non-executive director, has retired from the Company with effect from 31 December 2010.

The Board would like to thank Mr Lewin for his invaluable contribution to the Company since its inception and wishes him all the best in his retirement.
