Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK’s only Midlands-focused Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a portfolio of commercial property across all sectors, announces that on 1 December 2022, Paul Bassi, Chief Executive and Marcus Daly, Finance Director purchased 3,780,508 and 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (“Ordinary Shares”), respectively, at 28 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Paul Bassi is interested in 16,000,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 9.26% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital) and Marcus Daly is interested in 3,513,487 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.04% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital).
