Publication of Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK’s only Midlands-focused Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of 1.5 million sq ft of investment property across all sectors, announces that the Company’s annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 (“2021 Annual Report”) with notice of the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (“Notice of AGM”), which will be held at 11am on 20 May 2022 at 75-77 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2AP, have been sent to shareholders and are now available to view on the Company’s website at www.reiplc.com.
It is intended that the AGM this year will be held as an open meeting and shareholders will be able to attend in person. If government guidance changes due to COVID19 and means that the AGM has to be held as a closed meeting, we will release a statement by 18 May 2022.
The Company would appreciate notice from any shareholder who plans to attend the meeting (please email marcus@reiplc.com) but would encourage shareholders to consider whether attendance is appropriate and instead take advantage of the opportunity to submit questions in advance of the meeting by email.
