Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 20,598,883 shares (11% of the voting rights) of Real Estate Investors Plc which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP).

This change from 14% to 11% is due to a recent placing of 75,000,000 shares in which Ruffer LLP purchased 5,000,000 new shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 14 April 2015.
