Real Estate Investors plc (AIM:RLE), the West Midlands based property group, announces that at the general meeting held on 23rd December 2014 the resolution was duly passed.
As a result, the directors intend to register the Company as a REITwith effect from 1 January 2015. The regime provides Real Estate Investors with a number of tax efficiencies, access to a global specialist investor base and is consistent with the Company’s commitment to a progressive dividend policy.
