Appointment of Non-executive Director
Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM; RLE) the West Midlands based property group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter London to the board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 October 2014.
Peter has over 40 years’ experience in the financial services sector and specialises in tax efficient investment planning. He is a director or chairman of a number of Enterprise Investment Scheme and SEED Enterprise Investment Scheme companies, several of which are property related.
Peter’s career started in 1968 at Commercial Union Assurance and in 1971 he established his own company, Clark London Limited, an independent financial services company. In 1986 Clark London merged with L Stanley & Partners and became Ashby London Financial Services Limited which was acquired by EFG Private Bank Limited in 2007. Peter is currently the chairman of EFG Independent Financial Advisers Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of EFG Private Bank Limited.
